Symptoms

On any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier instance : Any Version

Users who do not use SSO receive the following when trying to sign into Unifier using the '*/partner' URL, e.g., https://abc-unifier.oracleindustry.com/partner

The following is returned:

The requested URL /partner was not found.
