Error 'Internal error: Server is not accessible' After BI Publisher Report Is Copied to Unifier External Folder (Doc ID 2407987.1)

After creating BI Publisher (BIP) reports in My Folders, then downloading and uploading the reports to the Shared Folders > Unifier External Reports folder, the reports synchronized in Unifier successfully, but the following error is returned when the user runs the report in Unifier:

Internal error: Server is not accessible. Contact System Administrator.
