Requirement is to have the following Operations enabled for Payables SOAP WebService:

Payables Invoice Management web service to update due date, discount dates, and discount amounts on invoice installments.
o Operations:
 > getInvoiceInstallments – to query one or all invoice installments.
 > updateInvoiceInstallments – to update an invoice installment.
