Cannot Perform Direct Organization Transfer for an Item Lot Controlled at Destination Organization

Inventory item is not available while performing Interorganization Transfer. The item is lot controlled only at the destination organization.
Here are steps to reproduce -
1. Navigate to Warehouse Operations -> Inventory
2. Go to task Create Interorganization Transfer
3. Provide header details.
4. Select Action -> Add button
5. Search Item. No results found.
