Unable To Find REST API For Contact Points

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Setting Do not call and Do no email flags for contacts at Phone and E-Mail in CDM.
Observed setting this at Phone and Email level as have multiple phone numbers and emails per contact.
For updating the same through integration, needs the REST API for the Contact Points child object. Is this available?
