Symptoms

On : NA version, Publish

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tagging on Facebook is not working. When user adds the @ symbol and SRM begins searching, it comes up with no results.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to tag Facebook page when selecting @ sign in preview window before posting.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Visit Publish > Create Post > add content > in Preview window, select @ sign and begin typing name of page, example: Oracle, no results found message appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot tag pages.

Changes

 Tagging is no longer possible due to platform changes Facebook has implemented.
