Error 'The First Comma Separated Value for Header Data Should Be H, and Detail Data Should Be D' When Attempting to Import a CSV File Into Unifier (Doc ID 2408099.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import Line Items into the Detail Form of a Business Process record, the import fails and the generated error file contains the following error:

ERROR

"The first comma separated value for Header data should be H, and Detail data should be D".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Unifier Production as user with access to the Shell/BP.
2. Navigate to the Project -> Business Process Log.
3. Open a BP Record.
4. Create a new record and attempt to import a populated CSV import template into the Detail Form.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Line Items successfully.
