Unable To Open OIC Instance home Page - 502 Bad Gateway Error

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When to trying to open OIC-C home page from My Services for an OIC-C instance, it fails with 502 Gateway error.
Following has already been verified:
- There is no apparent server level errors
- DB Backups were running fine.
- Disk space on both Database and OIC-C instance are sufficient
- Servers associated with OIC-C instance have been restarted to resolve any resource related issue.
