Unable To Open OIC Instance home Page - 502 Bad Gateway Error (Doc ID 2408133.1)

When to trying to open OIC home page from My Services for an OIC instance, it fails with 502 Gateway error.

Following has already been verified:
- There is no apparent server level errors
- DB Backups were running fine.
- Disk space on both Database and OIC instance are sufficient
- Servers associated with OIC instance have been restarted to resolve any resource related issue.
