Goal

We're trying to make the Gender field required in Person Management.

Path: Person Management > (search and select person) > Manage Person > Gender and marital status: Edit > Correct/Update.
I'm not seeing the fields from the pop up in the page structure. Can you give detailed instructions on how to achieve this?
