Symptoms
Users have installed the CM/SDM extension to work on SDM content within Excel. In the Smart View panel, a private connection is defined against SDM and has connected to the application successfully. However, when clicking on the "+" to expand the server, the "+" icon disappears, and none of the SDM content from the FCCS instance is visible.
