You've installed the CM/SDM extension with the intenti to work on SDM content within Excel. In the Smart View (SV) panel, you define a private connection against SDM and connect to the application successfully. But when you click on the "+" to expand the server, the "+" icon disappears, and none of the SDM content from the FCCS instance is visible.
