FBDI: Getting Error While Trying To Reserve On Hand Against A Sales Order. (Doc ID 2408281.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create reservations using FBDI template the following error occurs.

ERROR
FND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERROR
{PKG_NAME}=INV_RESERVATION_PVT
{PROCEDURE_NAME}=Convert_Quantity
{ERROR_TEXT}=ORA-01403: no data found

FND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERROR
{PKG_NAME}=INV_RESERVATION_PVT
{PROCEDURE_NAME}=CREATE_RESERVATION
{ERROR_TEXT}=Error while creating reservation :: 1 : User-Defined Exception


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create reservations using FBDI template
