Unable To Import Cash Flow Curve Distribution Data : Error File Does Not Contain Error (Doc ID 2408292.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.2

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When importing a Cash Flow's Curve Distribution the error file returns with nothing on it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to know what the error is in order to know how to correct it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier, navigate to the applicable Cash Flow object and Open it.
  2. Export the data, update the CSV file as needed and try to import the file.
  3. Notice Confirmation that says "Import could not be completed. Do you want to download a file with errors shown?", and click on 'Yes'
  4. However when the error file is opened there are no errors returned. The user is left wondering what is wrong.

Because of this the use cannot import modified Curve Distribution data into the Cash Flow object.
