Issues Page Does Not Load And Generates Error "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The specified operator null does not represent an enum type" In Log File (Doc ID 2408412.1)

Symptoms

Issues Page within P6 not loading and the following error is written to the Managed Server log file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Web application.
  2. Select the EPS module tab.
  3. Select the Issues page.
  4. Notice that the Issues Page does not display any information - the page does not load.
