Issues Page not loading for one user.

All pages to load as per User Permissions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Web application.
  2. Select the EPS module tab.
  3. Select the Issues page.
  4. Notice that the Issues Page does not display any information - the page does not load.
