Symptoms
You found that Percent Spent cost (%) calculated initially is different from the Percent spent calculated when generating revenue .
The original Percent spent cost (%) on project is 1.34% (this percent is published first time ),but when Revenue event is generated , the Percent Spent cost (%) on revenue is 1.31% .
It appears that the percent spent is calculated based on Raw Cost Amount Planned in Project Currency = 23,830,966.03 vs Budget Cost in Ledger currency = 24,359,647.25.
ITD Actual Cost = 318,310.13
This happens for a single project.
Expected Behavior:
It is expected that Percent Spent (%) is the same in both cases: Percent Spent Cost displayed on Progress tab under Manage Financial Project Plan the same with Percent Spent displayed under Billing Event Details on Manage Events page.
