Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Payroll processing appears to be stuck for Payroll Flow. It does not complete successfully.
The Payroll was Rolled Back (calculation and time entries) and reprocessed using a new Flow for Calculate Payroll.
The Payroll shown had 1395 unprocessed records, and the payroll process appear to be stuck for a long time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payroll Calculation should complete successfully in do time.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run Calculate Payroll process.
2. The process gets stuck and does not complete.
