PRC: Approval Notifications Visible Despite Delegating the Approval to Another User

Goal
Notification visible on user's BPM worklist after delegated to another user.
Created a vacation rule for User A and delegated the approvals to User B.
Create a requisition and submit it for approval and notice that both the
user A and B get the notification in BPM Worklist to act on the requisition.
Navigation to view the notification : Home > Bell Icon > More Details > My Tasks
Expectation is that the notification should not be visible on User A's BPM Worklist
since it is delegated to User B.
Tried the vacation rule with Reassign functionality but its calling the
supervisory hierarchy as the rules are based on on Level signing limits.
