Error During Service Request Assignment To Queue (Doc ID 2408789.1)

On : version, Service Requests

The customer has defined Assignment Rules to assign service requests to a Queue based on the SR category. When they create the Service Request and go to button Actions>>Run Queue Assignment the application hangs and doesn't perform the task. The application displays the error message: A connection to the server has failed (Status = 504)


Replication Steps:
1. Navigate to Service Request application
2. Create or edit a Service Request
3. From the Actions menu, select Run Queue Assignment
