The SalesPartiesAccountService web service findAccount operation is returning an error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the SalesPartiesAccountService web service findAccount operation (crmService/SalesPartiesAccountService?WSDL)
2. Use the following request:
