[OCI-C LBaaS] - How to Change the Password through RDP in OCI-Classic Load Balancer? (Doc ID 2408850.1)

The password for the OPC user expired.  This causes errors when accessing the application through OCI-C LBaaS.  Attempting to access the application, running on a VM with Windows 2012, via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) with the OPC user fails with the message:
