Error "The request could not be processed, Try logging in again" When Expanding a Planning Item (Doc ID 2408856.1)

When attempting to click on a Planning Item after successfully importing a Configuration Package into Production, the following error occurs.

The request could not be processed
Try logging in again
For more information, contact your system administrator


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Go to Company Workspace.
  3. Expand a Planning Item.
  4. View reported error.
