Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version that supports Configuration Packages

When attempting to click on Planning Item after successfully importing a Configuration Package into Production, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The request could not be processed
Try logging in again
For more information, contact your system administrator

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Go to Company Workspace
  3. Expand Planning Item, got error above.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot access Planning Item and create anything..
