Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.3

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
New line breaks are not kept in the Business Process (BP) record and creation notification email.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
New line breaks should be retained in the BP record and creation notification email.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Create one New record
  3. Create content body with new line breaks
  4. Send/Save the record
  5. Notice that the body content does not keep the new line breaks in Standard view
  6. Check the creation notification e-mail
  7. Notice that the body content does not keep the new line breaks in the e-mail content

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the new line breaks in the BP record and creation notification email.
