Goal

Ability to delete (purge) a person from the application. Often happens that an employee hired in a future date (thus entered in the system in advance) resigns before his first working day.

These employees must be totally removed from the system because they distort Report and Analytics. There is no sense keeping them in the system.

Moreover, to be compliant with the new EU GDPR, we must be able to delete all data for a person.
- Article 17 of GDPR is related to the Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’). This article states that the data subject (the person for whom we are collecting the data) has the right to get his personal data erased. Moreover, the EU GDPR states that personal data shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for theirs purposes.
