On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to update a custom FCL via import

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to update FCL via import

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Import mapping
2. Add custom FCL to the mapping
3. Activate the import activity
4. The FCL value was not updated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update DCL with import.
