When Attempting to Refresh the “Summary WBS Cash Flow” Worksheet in Internet Explorer, Users Are Prompted to Download a .json File (Doc ID 2409204.1)

Symptoms

In Internet Explorer, when attempting to refresh the Summary WBS Cash Flow page the following error occurs.

Do you want to open or save refreshnow.json from <environment URL>.com?

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier in Internet Explorer.
  2. Navigate to the applicable work space.
  3. Open the Summary WBS Cash Flow sheet.
  4. Click the Refresh button.
  5. Note reported behavior.
