Symptoms

login with Putty as oracle user results as :
Server refused our key

 

 

Or

$ ssh -i privateKeyCloud oracle@129.xxx.xx.xx-vvv

gives :

debug1: Authentications that can continue: publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic
debug2: we did not send a packet, disable method
debug1: No more authentication methods to try.
Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic).    <<<<<<<<<

This is because Oracle user is not enable to login by default.Only OPC user is enabled by default
