Symptoms

On : NA version, Publish

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users attempt to change the time of scheduled posts via the drag and drop in the calendar view. Message states that the change is successful and shows the new time during the same day, but then the post reverts back to the previous time with no errors.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users should be able to change the time of scheduled posts via the drag and drop in the calendar view.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Locate scheduled post within Calendar View
2. Drill-down to the specific day
3. Move post from current scheduled time to another time during the same day
4. Click yes for the changes to be made

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the scheduled time for posts via the drag and drop.
