Symptoms
After launching ARCS URL https://<instance name>.<datacenter>.oraclecloud.com/arm, getting the following error:
"OracleJSP error: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
Set the init-param debug_mode to "true" to see the complete exception message."
Error code in Fiddler trace might look similar to:
