Not able to track or review the incident raised by employee
An employee has reported an environment, health, and safety incident using Safety Incidents.
However, there is no way to search the incident raised by him or track the progress on it.
Business requires that if an employee has reported a safety incident then he should be able to track the incident in system.
Also approval are not available for the incident management. It is not rule supported.
