Location Search Zone Automatically Adds Wildcard To All Searches

Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 184.108.40.206.0 to 220.127.116.11.0 [Release 2.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Location Search page does not follow standard OUAF query zone behavior. Instead it is an automatic wild card search both before the string entered and after.
For example, in the Description field, if you enter “S”, the expected results would only be “Southwest CSA Office” and “Spring Street Crew Quarters”. Instead, you get anything with the letter “S” anywhere in the Description.
It’s interpreting a search of “S” as “%S”, even though no wildcard was used.
This is true for both the “Location” and “Description” fields.
