Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, CX Mobile Application
R13 fail to access account layouts in CX Cloud Mobile Application Setup

ERROR

"Oops!" An unexpected error occurred. Please contact your System Administrator or Support for further assistance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Application Composer->Mobile Application Setup->CX Cloud Mobile.
2. Click the Account Icon and a warning window appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Mobile Application Composer.
