Symptoms

Import/Export XML job is in a Running state, but it never completes or fails.
Job previously ran in seconds.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into P6 Professional
2. Import MSP XML file
3. Job gets submitted and hangs indefinitely in a Pending or Running state.
