ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Involuntary deductions not included for employee with more than one assignment
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Involuntary deduction should be included for all employees
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick an employee who multiple assignment(Two assignments)
2. Create a calculation card for Involuntary Deduction.
3. Select Order Attached Payee.
4. Fill in Enter able calculated values on Calculation Cards.
5. Calculation card created successfully
6. Element entry got created successfully for Involuntary deductions.
7. Run quick pay for the employee.
8. Quick pay completed successfully.
9. Employee has sufficient earnings but Involuntary deductions not deducted.
