M1-MSGTH To Do Completed Before Sync Request Error (11010, 11308) Resolved. Unable To Retry Sync Request (Doc ID 2410337.1)

Symptoms

New To Do ID XXXXXXXX was created because the system and users can't retry failed Sync Request ID xxxxxxxxxxxxx00 The error is "To Do Entry ({xxxxxxxxxx300) is "Complete", and may not be changed. (11010, 11308)".

Try to manually click “Send” to manually retry the above Sync Request and it fails with the error:

'The referenced To Do ID xxxxxxxxxx001 was manually completed by a user with the Sync Request not resolved', now we can’t retry the failed Sync Request.
