User With Custom Role Cannot See The Payable Invoice Search In The Imaging Server - WebCenter (Doc ID 2410340.1)

User is not able to see the Payable Invoice Search option in the Imaging Server.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send scanned invoice
2. Login to imaging server
