When rejecting a task, should get prompted for a reason.
When someone rejects a task, they should be forced to enter a comment. Instead, people are inadvertently rejecting tasks and then have to put them back into the workflow from the beginning. Users are not getting prompted to enter a comment upon rejection.
Create an instance
Try to reject the instance , without entering the comment
The task gets rejected without having the users prompted to enter a comment upon rejection.
