OMP (Occupational Maternity Pay) was being calculated correctly last month but this month it calculates correctly if the employee is only due a partial month's pay but incorrectly if the employee is due a full months pay.
Example if the employee is due 1000 salary for the month and SMP (Statutory Maternity Pay) due was 200 then OMP should be 1000-300=700
Last month the employee correctly calculated the OMP as 700, but this month the employee is incorrectly calculating the OMP as 1000 so being paid 1000 OMP + 300 SMP = 1300 and so overpaid by 300.
