User Unable To Login To Admin Console - Using Multi-Factor Authentication
The admin user is not able to login to admin console, getting invalid passcode error, while other users are able to use the multi-factor authentication.
This issue is affecting only one user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit https://ccadmin-prod-xxxx.oracleoutsourcing.com/occs-admin/
2. Attempt to sign in as user, using the user id, password and the passcode (on mobile phone authenticator app).
3. Get error "One-Time Passcode is not valid", Return Code: 83041.
