Information in this document applies to any platform.

Unable to Print / Export list of employees by action from Workforce Events by Year Report. The workforce events by year dashboard does not show the button to print / to export.

Step by Step:
1. Login using a user with Human Resource Analyst View All + Human Resource Specialist View All
2. Go to Analytics
3. Search for Workforce Events by Year
4. Change Graph View to List View
5. Press on the desired variable like '58' Transfers
6. View the list of employees transferred
7. Note that the button to export does not appear

Expected result: Should be able to print/export actual list of employees by action

This dashboard provides a graph view of the workforce events like Hire, Promotion, etc, and also a list view, with the counts of these different actions and when clicking a number one can actually get a list of, for example, all employees hired in the last year. The export can be made for the graph view and the list view but not for the details regarding the actual list of employees by action which is the most valuable part of the dashboard. Customer would like to export the list of employees by action. The report looses value as one can't export for further analysis.

Through BI one can export the Graph View, List View but not the Detailed list of employees by action which is the most important as it has the actual list of employees affected by each action. By the other hand having the option to open dashboards in Fusion is much more user friendly than going to BI. All exports should be able to be made through Fusion. Customer expecting system should allow to Print or Export option like other seeded dashboards.
