On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When navigating to the Resource Directory, on the landing page the reporting hierarchy isn't shown. This is occurring after the R13 upgrade.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the Resource Directory displays, the reporting hierarchy should display.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Resource Directory
3. The page displays but it is empty

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see Resource Directory as expected.
