Goal

There are two programs which are used for Summarization in Fusion Project Billing. They are:

Update Project Performance Data (UPPD)
Update Project Contract Performance Data (UPCPD)

Both these programs are meant to accomplish the same results. So, in a business, which uses both Projects and Contracts and also uses the Contract linked projects feature, how does one decide which program to use ?
