Sales Manager not able to see full details of sub-oridnates' activities

Symptoms


Sales Manager is able to see his subordinate Activities but not able to open those Activities

Sales Manager viewing the Sales Rep calendar
a. Can see the activities, but cannot see Activity Subject, Customer Name
b. Cannot launch the activity to see details

This issue is happening with some users.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
