On : N/A version, Engage

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 "Error. Action unsuccessful. Please try again." when attempting to respond to Engage Msg

User receives message: "Error. Action unsuccessful. Please try again." when attempting to respond to Engage user through dashboard. It appears the comment has not been posted through Engage but is visible on the Facebook native site.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User can respond to Facebook comment through Engage dashboard.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit Engage
2. Visit link: https://platform.vitrue.com/#engage/account/xxxxx
3. Attempt to post response to user
4. Receives error: "Error. Action unsuccessful. Please try again."

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot respond to Facebook comment.
