On : 20.B version, Core Product Functionality

Customer getting the following error when running a wave for a order.

Exception Counter OBLPN/First Alert XXXXXXX missing for RDJHBC

The issue can be observed with the following sequence of steps:
1. Login in the QA environment.
2. Change the company parameter 'OBLPN_COUNTER_SUB_CODE_FIELD' is setup order_id.
3. Run the wave and check whether the wave is error out.
