New Items Created through NIR Workflow is Stuck at Scheduled Status and not Going to Approved Status. (Doc ID 2412004.1)

Symptoms

User has a New Item Request (NIR) workflow in place.

Definition -> Approval -> Scheduled -> Completed is the flow.

After NIR is approved by the last approver, the item should get created in the master organization.

Item rules are in place to assign these items to other child organizations.

After approval the item is not available for use. It is shown as stuck in Scheduled Status.
