On Unifier : Mobile App Version 18.5

Android Mobile App crashed when launching after users attempt to log in.  The error message below is displayed:


Unfortunately, Unifier has stopped.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Unifier in Mobile device
  2. Failed with error above.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Mobile app in Android device.
