Primary Phone And All Phones In Account, Is Not Working Correctly After Upgrade To R13 (Doc ID 2412307.1)

Symptoms

Primary phone and all phones in account, is not working correctly after upgrade to R13.

When enter the primary phone through the "all phones" field, you click okay and it does not refresh the "phone" field.

If click save it refreshes but it joins the phone area code and the phone number of the number previously entered in the "all phones" field in the "phone", but all together in the phone number space.

Also if try to modify or delete the primary phone from the "all phones" it does not save the changes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Phone fields should be refreshed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Engagement Cloud
2. Navigate to Phone field
3. enter primary phone
4. Phone entity is not refreshed.
