Primary phone and all phones in account, is not working correctly after upgrade to R13

When you enter the primary phone through the "all phones" field, you click okay and it doesn't refresh the "phone" field. If you click save it refreshes but it joins the phone area code and the phone number of the number we previously entered in the "all phones" field in the "phone", but all together in the phone number space. Also if you try to modify o delete the primary phone from the "all phones" it doesn't save the changes.

Phone fields should be refreshed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Phone field
3. enter primary phone
4. Phone entity is not refreshed.

Business impact is minimal as this is a refresh issue.
