Goal

 How to search in the Query by Example Field (QBE) using < or > special character in the Name?

For example, when using QBE on Manage Nonlabor Resource for a resource starting with 068 (letters or numbers) the resource is fetched.
If the resource starts with <Default> (special character), no resource is being fetched, although a record named "<Default> Resource" exists .
