Goal
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Create Requisition
Purchase Requisition FBDI: Impossible to link BPA to line without item
Customer are not using items for services (only for goods) but still they are creating BPA's for this services (which works fine).
1. Customer created BPA with Service (no goods)
2. They have a lot of Purchase Requisitions to create, and they are using the FBDI functionality to upload them
3. However if they try to upload a line without an item but with a reference to the BPA the upload Fails. This happens every time so they can't use the import functionality which causes a huge loss of service.
Import Requisition Fails with Error : The value of the attribute Source Agreement is not valid.
