On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Manage Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating an order revision, the old ship to address can be changed at the level of the line using the Override Order Line option but the customer want that change to be reflected automatically only when the ship to address from the header gets updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ship to address to be updated at the level of the line, automatically, when the change is done to the ship to address from the header while creating an order revision.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an order.
2. Change the ship to address from the header.
3. Submit a revision.
4. Ship to in the header is changed but at the level of the line the old address is shown.
