Known Valid AMEX, DINERS And Mastercard Cards are not Passing Validation (Doc ID 2412415.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to checkout, during the billing information section, we are entering known valid Credit Cards numbers but they are not passing the validation check.
"Invalid Card Number" error is seen during checkout

Changes

 Custom CC validation code in the checkout widgets has been implemented.
